The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice and any or all Agreements: "Customer(s)", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this Website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company, on a need to know basis, only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Please read the Privacy Notice.

Placing an order

Upon receipt of the Customer’s order, Transat Sports will verify the availability of the product(s). Your order will be deemed accepted once you are sent an Email notification that your order is accepted. Transat Sports may refuse to accept your order for any reason. We will not charge you for the product(s) and will refund any money's already paid for the Product(s).

Shipping of order

Transat Sports aims to dispatch goods within 2 working days from receipt of your order. You will be contacted in the event of your goods not being dispatched within 2 working days from acceptance of your order. When Your order has been shipped, No 1 Football Shirts will email the Customer to confirm shipment of your product(s).

Customers orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided & verified by Paypal. A different address may be used only upon the sending of a Scan of the buyer's ID including a Passport or Driving Licence acknowledging a different address that the Product should be sent to which is not the approved/verified Paypal Address. Any dates quoted by Transat Sports for the delivery of Product(s) are estimates only and shall not form part of the contract. We aim to deliver promptly, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Transat Sports shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the product(s) within the estimated delivery time.

We will not be responsible for any Tax or Import duties, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in the customers country. It is the responsibility of Customer to pay the charges levied by the authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which he or she receives the product(s) in. If an order shipment is undeliverable, the product(s) ordered by the Customer will be returned to Transat Sports. We shall have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned product(s) to the Customer until after both parties reach an agreement on Postal costs.

Returns and Refunds

Transat Sports WILL accept returns within 7 days of the Customer receiving the product(s) for damaged, defective and/or wrong item sent. The Customer must notify Transat Sports by Email that the Customer wants to return the product(s) to Transat Sports. The Product(s) must be returned in a clean and well packaged condition. Upon satisfactory return of the product(s) we shall ship a replacement product(s). If a replacement product(s) is not available, a refund will be given to the Customer. The Customer must return the product(s) back to Transat Sports for a refund of the total amount.

Payment Terms

All prices of product(s) shall be the price the Customer(s) must pay at the time when the Customer places an order with Transat Sports. All prices are shown in United States Dollars, Euro's, Great British Pounds, Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars. Upon placing an order with Transat Sports, the Customer must be able to pay with Paypal via our Website.

Force Majeure

Transat Sports shall be entitled to cancel or rescind the contract if the performance of its obligations under the contract is in any way adversely affected by any cause whatsoever Transat Sports control including, but not limited to, the delays or default of , war, strike, lock-out, trade disputes, flood, accident, shortage of materials or labour.

Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights or content made available belong to their respective owners.

Agreement

These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations understandings and agreements between the Customer and Transat Sports relating to the sale and purchase of the product(s) ordered by the Customer.

Notification of Changes

Transat Sports reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by Email or Postal Mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer(s) and Transat Sports. Your accessing of this website and/or ordering indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
